Emily and Lucas: August 20, 2022
First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge that Emily and Lucas’ wedding took place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam people.
I had the pleasure of meeting Emily and Lucas via Facetime back in January of this year and the interaction was seamless and easy going. I was graciously referred to them from a mutual Aussie friend!! Thank you Len and Becky!!
I could see right from the beginning how much love they had for each other. They were adamant on their celebration being a party and that they were hosting a day to celebrate family and friends. Love this!!
They admittedly said that they were both not comfortable in front of the camera and I told them that that was ok and that my job as their photographer was to ease them into these frames and make it fun, jovial and stress free.
Congratulations Emily and Lucas...here are the highlights from your day!

What I loved about this day and this couple, was, how easy it was to collaborate with them. I wanted to get them in a straight shot landscape street shot and they were totally into it and Lucas added his flair and they both danced down the street, making for an amazing reel shot!!!

Thank you Emily and Lucas for being an amazingly awesome easy going couple to work with and having the patience and energy to allow me to be creative that day. It was an honour to document your day. Thank you for having me!!! Much love to you both as your journey continues... Let the party never end!
